Our Virtual Yin Class is taking a summer break. We will be back on Zoom in a few weeks!
You will want to have a few props available during your practice. If you have yoga blocks, great! If you don't, no problem. You can use pillows, folded towels or blankets. You can use books or boxes. You will also want to have a yoga strap. If you don't have one, use a belt, the sash from a robe, a towel. Don't overthink it, just use what you have! Enjoy your practice!
Please join us on Sunday nights for this free online class. To sign into class, just get the meeting ID and password from the top of the page and sign into Zoom on Sunday night! It's that easy. Class runs about 45 minutes and is the perfect way to end the weekend. Class is recommended for anyone with a body looking to relax. During class, please allow yourself the use of pillows, blankets or props to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You deserve it.
*Meeting ID and password will be posted 15 minutes before class begins.
This is a free community class. Donations are not required, but are welcome through MindBody or Venmo.
HOW TO ZOOM
If you've never used Zoom, here's a quick rundown of how to sign in for class.
1) Create a free account through zoom online. If you are using an iPad, is is recommended that you download the app. Otherwise, just type zoom.us into your browser and follow the instructions to create your account.
2) Twenty minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, visit our website to retrieve the meeting ID and password. Please note that each class will have a unique meeting ID and password so you will need to do this step every time you log in.
3) Sign into your zoom account. From your zoom homepage, click "join." This is where you will be asked to enter the meeting ID and password. Enter the info and now you've joined into the virtual class.
