Please join us every Sunday night for this free online class. Class runs about 45 minutes and is the perfect way to end the weekend. Class is recommended for anyone with a body looking to relax. During class, please allow yourself the use of pillows, blankets or props to make yourself as comfortable as possible. You deserve it.
This is a free community class. Donations are not required, but are welcome through MindBody or Venmo.
HOW TO ZOOM
1) Create a free account through zoom online. If you are using an iPad, is is recommended that you download the app. Otherwise, just type zoom.us into your browser and follow the instructions to create your account.
2) Sign into your zoom account. From your zoom homepage, click "join." This is where you will be asked to enter the meeting ID and password.
