Some tips for new clients:


  • Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class

  • Stay hydrated - drink plenty of water

  • Please arrive early

  • Bring a mat, large bath towel, water 

  • Wear tight clothing - shorts, tanks, sports bras

  • The studio opens 15 minutes before the scheduled class time and will stay open for 15 minutes after class ends.  

  • Doors lock when class begins; if you are late, you will be locked out. Please arrive on time.

  • Don't be scared!  Honor your body and your breath and you will do just fine!
