Core 26 Classic

This is a traditional hot yoga class.  105 degrees, 40% humidity; 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.  90 minutes.  This Bikram yoga sequence is accessible to all students regardless of experience or ability.  

Core 26 Express

A one-hour version of the Core26 class.

Hot Flow

This is a 60-minute hot yoga class that will flow and flow.  Expect traditional vinyasa and hatha movements and some truly great music!  Not recommended as a starting point for those with wrist or back issues. Room is heated to 105 degrees. 

Hot Hatha

This 90 minute hot yoga class is not to be missed!  It's similar to our Hot Flow class, but it is extended to include yin yoga after our flow.  Yin yoga postures are held for a few minutes at a time to help allow the fascia tissue to release, which serves to greatly improve flexibility.  Challenging, yet restorative. Room is heated to 105 degrees. 

 

 

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing full body work­out using Pilates prin­ci­ples. This 60 minute class is high intensity and no impact, so it is a safe prac­tice for all fit­ness lev­els of students. Meet your body exactly where it's at. You will strengthen and change your core like never before. Take 5 classes and you will be transformed forever. What are you waiting for? Room is heated to 90 degrees. 

 

 

Fusion

This fusion class will cover the classic 26 postures and so much more!  Expect your Bikram basics, sun salutations, planks & more to improve your stamina and flexibility. A challenging warmup followed by lots of gentle back and hip opening.  Room is heated to 105 degrees. Offered in 60 or 90 minute formats.

Express/Yin Fusion

Students will flow through the one hour express class and then immediately enjoy thirty minutes of yin yoga to further maximize their relaxation.  Room is heated to 105 degrees. 

Virtual Yin on Zoom

This is a free class held every Sunday night online. This extremely gently yoga class that lasts about 45 minutes and is perfect for any one looking to relax. Details for how to sign up for class and how to use Zoom can be found on our 'Virtual Classes' tab.
